Dynamic Educational Consulting Services Incorporated was established to initiate educational programs to enhance the educational opportunities through innovation and collaboration to enhance student acheivement for our urban youth. DECS Inc is organized for the educational and charitable purposes meaning of section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue code 1954. At DECS Inc. we provide capacity building professional development to education and business institutions to improve organizational performance within the United States. The following outlines our primary areas of focus:
1. Developing a research base in identified communities to focus on student achievement, and identify school level barriers to student achievement.
2. Establishing a network of innovative college preparatory charter schools in urban areas that will sustain increases in student academic achievement over time.
3. Creating K - 12 curriculum models that relate to the individual student and prepares them for a successful transition into post-secondary education.4. Serving our schools and surrounding communities through student mentoring, tutoring and adult leadership training to build stronger learning communities.
These four areas of focus serve as the foundation and driving force for the work of restructuring the educational expectations for students of poverty emerging from varying urban environments across the United States. By partnering with school/community stakeholders and various agencies we will anticipate wide-scale advances in K -12 student academic achievement measurable over time. Dynamic Educational Consulting Services Inc will continue to develop products and services to meet the needs of our clients, and ultimately the students we/they serve. We will continually reassess our programs and processes to ensure that they are rooted in our foundational principals. These types of ongoing reassessment of our own products and services will help us to develop strategies to ensure that ALL children learn and perform at high levels and are prepared to enter a 4-year college after high school graduation.
